Hamburg - Sex without any emotion is the thing most destructive to a sexual relationship, a large majority of Germans feel according to a recent survey.

The survey conducted by the polling body Gewis-Institut for Men's Health magazine found that 79 percent of women and 67 percent of men agreed on the danger of sex without emotion.

But there are other worries about what can be a sexual turnoff, the survey found. For example, 74 percent of women and 61 percent of men regard poor body hygiene as an obstacle to sex.

A major difference is in attitudes towards acrobatics in bed, with the survey finding that 56 percent of women are not keen, but 80 percent of men in favour of trying out different positions. - Sapa-DPA
