Johannesburg - News that Grindrod will help build and operate a new 590 km railway line worth nearly $1 billion has helped push the company's stock up more than 3 percent.
The logistics group is working with Zambia's Northwest Rail Company on the link that will connect the country's copper belt with the Angolan border.
Grindrod shares are up 3.5 percent at 26.19 rand, outpacing Johannesburg's All-share index that is up 0.2 percent. - Reuters
