Ingenuity had terminated its proposed acquisition of the Lansdowne Corner shopping centre in Cape Town for R143.8 million after the completion of a due diligence investigation, the listed property company said yesterday. The acquisition was of no further force or effect. The proposed acquisition of the centre from Lansdowne Corner shopping centre and Green Willows Prop 284 was subject to a number of conditions, including Ingenuity being satisfied with the results of a comprehensive due diligence. – Roy Cokayne
