Johannesburg - Shares of Northam Platinum fall by more than 3 percent after the precious metal producer says it is finalising a deal to increase its black ownership, a move that could potentially be dilutive to existing shareholders or costly to the company.

Its shares fell by 3.5 percent to 38.62 rand, on track for their biggest daily percentage decline in almost three weeks. - Reuters
