Johannesburg - Black Management Forum managing director Nicholas Maweni has resigned, chairman Bonang Mohale said on Friday.
He said the resignation would be effective from August 31.
“The board joins me in extending its gratitude to and appreciation of Mr Maweni's period at the (forum) and extends its best wishes to Maweni in (his) future endeavours,” Mohale said in a statement.
Chief financial officer Busisiwe Mavuso would serve as acting managing director, and a selection process for a new director was underway. - Sapa
