Wesizwe Platinum chief executive Jianke Gao said on Friday that Wesizwe was considering the disposal of its minority stake in Platinum Group Metals’s Maseve mine.
Platinum Group Metals president Michael Jones said: “We can continue without further funding from Wesizwe.”
Mnombo Wethu Consultants, its black empowerment partner at its Waterberg project, was available to take over Wesizwe’s stake, Jones said. – Bloomberg
