The nationalisation document was presented to the National Executive Committee (NEC) on Monday, but was sent back due to style of writing.
Secretary General of the ANC, Gwede Mantashe hinted that not enough case studies from other countries were presented.
The ruling African National Congress's task team investigating nationalisation has “almost finished its work,” party spokesman Jackson Mthembu told I-Net Bridge/BusinessLIVE on Friday.
He said that to the best of his knowledge, the team would - as earlier agreed - complete its report by year-end.
The team was tasked with studying how nationalisation had functioned in other countries such as Chile, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Zambia, Brazil, Venezuela, Namibia, Botswana, Malaysia, China and Australia. - I-Net Bridge
