Annuity R285m office park bought

Annuity had reached an agreement with the Leaf Property Fund Trust to acquire the Clearwater Office Park in Roodepoort for R258.5 million, the listed property company reported yesterday. The A-grade office park’s anchor tenants include Absa, Standard Bank, Nedbank and PSG Group. The deal was consistent with Annuity’s strategy of buying high quality properties that offer long-term growth. Annuity units rose 3.64 percent to R5.70. – Roy Cokayne
