Times Media Group (TMG)‚ the owner of Sunday Times‚ said on Monday that Caxton (CAT) and CTP Publishers and Printers‚ which owns The Citizen‚ had acquired 10.44% of the company.
Caxton will now be one of the largest shareholders in the media group after the likes of Public Investment Corporation‚ Coronation and UHC.
Times Media listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange in September last year following the delisting of Avusa.
