Dipula Income Fund is continuing its vigorous drive to grow its portfolio with the acquisition of three prime Pretoria office buildings for a combined R431 million. The listed property fund reported yesterday that it had signed agreements to acquire the 5 048m2 Absa Call Centre building in Arcadia for R82.6m, the 21 478m2 SAPS VIP building in Sunnyside for R229.86m and the 7 699m2 SAPS Integrated Justice System (IJS) building in Erasmuskloof for R118.54m. It is acquiring the Absa Call Centre building from Absa, the Fern Trust and West Dunes Properties 142; the SAPS VIP building from Abland Manapa Construction VIP; and the SAPS IJS building from Autumn Star Trading 74. – Roy Cokayne
