Johannesburg - Shares of South Africa's Discovery Holdings jump more than 3 percent after the health insurer says its full-year earnings rose by as much as 50 percent.
Discovery, which is due to report results on September 3, says headline earnings for the year to end-June rose by 40 to 50 percent, from 372 cents a share a year earlier.
The company does not give a reason for the higher profit.
Its shares are up 3.4 percent at 101.47 rand. - Reuters
