The Bombela Concession Company said on Monday that the Mega Express - Gautrain's bus operator - was working on plans to implement a skeleton bus service on key Gautrain routes following the dismissal of approximately 300 drivers due to an “illegal” strike.
“The Gautrain again sincerely apologises to passengers for the inconvenience caused by this illegal strike and assures customers that everything possible is being done to re-start the bus services on a reliable and sustainable basis as quickly as possible,” Bombela said in a statement. - I-Net Bridge

Who protects me? I paid for a 35 day pass and cannot use the Train as I have no transport to take me from the station to my work. I am losing money and have to pay extra petrol to drive to work now. How does the Consumer Protection Act protect me?

Please we want this situation to be solved as soon as possible. I have reloaded my gold car for all the month, now I have to take extra money to go to the train station. Almost every month the bus drivers strike. Why this situation can't be solved? I am sincerely not satisfied with this service.
