Harmony: Kusasalethu mine still closed

Johannesburg - Harmony Gold, South Africa's third largest gold producer, said on Friday its Kusasalethu mine remained closed for safety and security reasons.

Kusasalethu has been hit by strikes by workers demanding better wages since late last year. A bout of violence just before the end-of-year holidays prompted Harmony to close the site. - Reuters
