Johannesburg - South African investment bank and asset manager Investec said on Thursday that members of its senior management would buy a 15 percent stake in Investec Asset Management for 180 million pounds ($269 million) in cash.

The team had also been granted the option to acquire a futher 5 percent in Investec Asset Management equity over the next seven years. - Reuters
