In its eleventh restaurant opening beyond South African boarders, Ocean Basket on Thursday announced the launch of its first outlet in the Dubai International Airport.
“Dubai marks the expansion of the brand into international territories, with ten of our restaurants already well-established in Namibia, Zambia, Cyprus and Mauritius,” the company said.
It added that in 2011 the total passenger traffic through Dubai International Airport reached just under 51 million - an 8% year-on-year increase compared with 47.2 million in 2010.
