Information and communication group Pinnacle Holdings (PNC) has acquired Devtrade to increase its foot-hold in the security and life safety market‚ the company announced on Monday.
Devtrade is a specialised supplier‚ design and marketing support centre for a range of products‚ including CCTV‚ public address‚ fire detection and gas suppression.
The acquisition has broadened the reach of Pinnacle Holdings into the greater security industry‚ Pinnacle said.
