Johannesburg - Shares of RCL Foods fall more than 3 percent as the South African firm flags a loss in the year to end June, hit by an acquisition and restructuring costs.
The consumer foods company says it is likely to report headline loss per share of between 50 and 60 cents from earnings of 4.8 cents last year.
Its shares are down 3.07 percent at 16.08 rand, making it the biggest decliner on Johannesburg's All-share index. - Reuters
