I want to complain about this content:

As a Nigerian who has witnessed first hand the catastrophic consequences of chinese constructions (not only roads)I will advise that SA should not for whatever reason give the chinese any role to play in the construction of infrastructures in SA.I will also want to believe that SA`s intelligence community has a role to play sometimes in advising and informing the Government on the security risk of allowing foreign firms to build infrastructures in SA.
