Johannesburg - Shares of South African gold producers such as AngloGold Ashanti, Gold Fields and Harmony Gold fall as the price of the precious metal dips to a six-month low.
Gold hit a low of $1,625.44 an ounce, its weakest since August 21, as the euro weakened against the dollar ahead of a G20 meeting.
AngloGold is down 4.17 percent at 244.05 rand, Gold Fields sheds 3.72 percent to 86.90 rand and Harmony falls 3.74 percent to 61.85 rand. - Reuters
