Johannesburg - Shares of Spur Corporation rise on Monday after it reports restaurant sales for the year to June gained 13.5 percent to 5.5 billion rand.
The fast-food operator says it was helped by the weaker rand, which lifted international restaurant sales by 20.2 percent, compared to 12.7 percent in its domestic market.
Its shares are 2.0 percent higher at 31.23 rand, outpacing a 0.6 percent rise in the All-share index. - Reuters
