Johannesburg - Shares of South African mobile phone operator Vodacom fall almost 5 percent after the company trades ex-dividend, or without the right to its latest dividend.

The company's shares are down 4.75 percent to 128.98 rand, making it the biggest decliner on the Top-40 index, which is 0.47 percent lower. - Reuters
