Vodacom down, trades ex-div

Shares of South African mobile operator Vodacom fall more than 3 percent as they trade ex-dividend, or without the right to the latest dividend.

The unit of Britain's Vodafone Plc paid out a total 710 cents per share in full-year dividends.

Its shares are down 3.5 percent at 94.22 rand, while the All-Share index gains 0.68 percent. - Reuters
