Moscow - Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Tuesday that the turmoil seen in Russian markets was a “tactical, temporary” decision by investors.

Russia's stockmarket slumped on Monday after Russia's military intervention in Ukraine unnerved investors.

Putin was speaking in his first news conference since Ukraine's ousted leader Viktor Yanukovich fled from Ukraine. - Reuters
