Agri-Vie: Stake acquired in Intelichem

Agri-Vie had acquired a 49.9 percent stake in Intelichem, the agri-business private equity fund announced yesterday. Intelichem is the holding company of Terason and Technichem, which provide plant nutrition and protection products to farmers. Rudi van Niekerk of Agri-Vie said the investment into the joint business of Terason and Technichem was in line with Agri-Vie’s focus on agricultural inputs as a strategic sector with “substantial growth” potential.
