Bongani Nqwababa has been appointed as executive director and chief financial officer (CFO) of Sasol with effect from 1 March 2015.
Paul Victor will continue as acting CFO of Sasol until the date of Nqwababa's assumption of office, to ensure a seamless transition.
This follows Nqwababa's resignation from Anglo American Platinum, which will take effect from 1 March 2015. The nominations committee of the board will commence the process to identify a suitable successor.
Further announcement will be made as soon as a successor has been appointed.
