Discovery: Mboweni to join board

Former Reserve Bank governor Tito Mboweni had been appointed a non-executive director on the board of Discovery Holdings, the financial services firm said yesterday. The appointment was effective from January 1. Mboweni is chairman of Nampak, AngloGold Ashanti, Accelerate Property Fund and SacOil, and is an adviser to Goldman Sachs. - Sapa
