The Green Fund had received 590 applications, totalling R10.9 billion, in its opening round of request for funding proposals, the Development Bank of Southern Africa (DBSA) said yesterday. Applications came from non-profit organisations, the private sector and government departments in all provinces. Applications will now be evaluated before applicants are notified of the outcome.
