Infrasors now on main board

Infrasors yesterday transferred its listing from AltX to the general mining sector of the JSE's main board. The basic building materials producer first listed on AltX in 2007. Trevor Robinson, Infrasors' chief executive, said yesterday the company had over the last few years maintained and improved its governance and stakeholder communication processes and successfully grown the asset base of the company while at the same time sustaining its profitability, all of which had provided a level of maturity and visibility that had enabled the company to migrate to the main board. - Roy Cokayne
