Johannesburg - South Africa's producer price inflation slowed to 6.5 percent year-on-year in November from 6.7 percent in October, the statistics office said on Thursday.
The year-on-year PPI figure was in line with economists' expectations.

Metals, machinery, equipment and computing equipment - 9.5 percent year-on-year - and contributing 1.4 percent to the change on a yearly basis, was the next biggest contributor.
he annual percentage change in the PPI for intermediate manufactured goods was 5.4 percent in November 2014, compared to 6.2 percent in October 2014. From October 2014 to November 2014, the PPI for intermediate manufactured goods decreased by 0.7 percent.
