Johannesburg - The South African Reserve Bank's monthly leading business cycle indicator edged down 0.2 percent month-on-month in November, partly because of a decrease in the number of residential building plans passed in the month.

The indicator collates data such as vehicle sales, job advertisements, business confidence and money supply to gauge the economic outlook.
