WATCH: The SA National Zakah Fund (SANZAF) this morning, at the Salt River train station, distributed blankets and soup to the needy.

The organisations head of distribution, Shafiek Barendse, has appealed to the public to join their Operation Winter Warmth by donating blankets, non perishables or their time.

The campaign will run throughout winter.
