Democrats will do anything to stymie Trump

There are many people out there that know that a lot of the flak that Donald Trump must face every day is due to “organised rejection and resistance from the Democrats".

Then there are great many observers that believe that Cable News Network (CNN) is not only anti-Trump but the network is in fact waging a psychological war against him.

Trump is the duly elected president of the United States of America, but this is the first time in my memory that a president (or his office) is treated with such hysteria, demanding his head.

After all Trump still compares extremely well with some other presidents we know.

A peculiar and unsporting, if not distasteful, occurrence was the active involvement of the incumbent president campaigning on behalf of an opponent in the person of Hillary Clinton. This is really not surprising since she promised former president Barack Obama in public and on stage “a job”(Secretary of State?). The First Lady (at the time) behaved rather unladylike and shouted what can be construed as abuse at the Trumps.

The Democratic party has vowed to obstruct Trump and his administration as hard as they can muster. This is scandalous if we have seen it here, the context is totally different.

Now let us suppose that Hillary Clinton had won.

Ex-presidents Bill Clinton and Obama would have been ecstatic and probably for good reasons.

Remember the tapes and emails and Clinton Foundation concerns?

CNN ("belonging’ to a certain man called Ted Turner) would has been ecstatic as well - one wonders if patriotism would have been the only motive.

Would Trump and the Republicans have carried on in the same disgustingly unsporting manner as the above assembly that should be described properly as a clique? It is unlikely.

A mature democracy demands acceptance of the winner, but who is undemocratic here?

The Democrats no less and the press that promotes freedom of speech should have drawn the line. Psychological warfare should not be part of a war against the voters and the president they supported.

America has shown that their huge claim to be the leading democracy is patently false.
