Durban - A Billabong warehouse in Jeffreys Bay burnt down on Tuesday night.
The blaze comes as the surf clothing and equipment retailer is hosting an international surfing competition in Ballito, which ends on Sunday.
The fire began at about 11pm and was eventually brought under control by the Jeffreys Bay Fire Department early on Wednesday.
The cause of the fire was not known at the time of publication and staff at the Billabong head office were not immediately able to comment.
