Durban - Ten people were injured when a Ford Ranger overturned on Durban’s Field’s Hill on Monday.

ER24 spokesman, Werner Vermaak, said the incident, which occurred during peak traffic at about 7am, had traffic backed up as paramedics saw to the injured occupants.

When paramedics arrived, the occupants were still in the vehicle, which was on its roof.

They were treated by paramedics.

"Three people sustained moderate injuries. Their injuries ranged from minor scrapes and bruises to possible back and neck injuries.

"The injured were transported by ER24 and other services to a nearby hospital," Vermaak said.
