London - Michael Buble plans to put his family first from now on.

The Home singer - whose actress wife of almost two years Luisana Lopilato is expecting their first child - has revealed his priorities have changed and while his music career is still “important” to him, he has already reduced his workload ahead of their baby's arrival.

The 37-year-old star told Entertainment Tonight Canada: “I just don't want to look back and say, 'God, I should have been there more,' because I have a feeling that I'll never look back and say, 'Jeez, I should have worked more,'

“I used to go for a month and a half or a month and then I would take a week off. And now the schedule is three weeks on, two weeks off.”

The Canadian singer revealed he recently sought marriage advice from his father despite being happier than ever.

He said: “I'm more in love with my wife than I ever was. I had my mom and dad over the other night and... I asked them, 'How do you do it?' My dad said, 'I love your mom a lot, but the key is I like her’.”

“We fight ... but we like each other. Honestly, I never had a woman in my life where I didn't need anyone else. I didn't need to go on holiday with another couple - just with her, she drives me nuts enough.”

The Argentinian model, 25, has been experiencing some crazy cravings during her pregnancy.

Michael revealed: “Some women crave pickles or ice-cream. My wife wants blood sausages. Sausage made of congealed blood,” he shares. “And I promise you, she hated it her whole life and now she said, 'Mike, I want some blood sausage,' and it's like, 'What the hell?'“

The smitten crooner penned his hit song Haven't Met You Yet for his wife-to-be, who appeared in the music video.

The pair, who met in 2008, married in April 2011 and held two ceremonies, one in Buenos Aires and one in his home town of Vancouver in Canada. Instead of going on honeymoon, they opted to carry out charity work in Africa for underprivileged children. - Bang Showbiz
