Johannesburg - Troubled superstar Justin Bieber has been accused of attempted robbery in LA, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
The Huffington Post reports that the alleged victim was being interviewed about the incident on Tuesday night.
LAPD Officer Rosario Herrera told USA Today that Bieber has yet to be questioned and has not been charged over the incident, which took place at about 10:30 p.m.
Herrera did not believe the alleged victim had been harmed, adding that it was "too preliminary" at this stage in the investigation for police to question the star.
TMZ reported that the incident occurred at the Sherman Oaks Castle Park in San Fernando Valley, where Bieber and his friends were hitting balls in a batting cage.
