London - Brooke Mueller has checked back into rehab again.

The former wife of Charlie Sheen - who was rushed to a Los Angeles hospital after allegedly taking too much Adderall on Friday morning (07.12.12) after being found unconscious - is voluntarily seeking treatment for addiction for the 19th time.

The 35-year-old mother-of-two's lawyer Yale Galanter told gossip website TMZ.com: "Brooke was uncomfortable with the way Adderall was making her behave. Brooke continues her lifelong battle with drug addiction by taking these steps to prevent a further drug relapse."

Her twin sons Bob and Max, three, with the 'Anger Management' star are said to be in the care of his other ex-wife Denise Richards, with whom he has two daughters Sam and Lola, who is said to have happily agreed to care for the boys for "an indefinite period of time."

The actress also reportedly cared for the boys the last time Brooke sought treatment.

News that Brooke - who was last treated in May for her alleged addiction to crake-cocaine - is back in rehab comes just days after her representatives denied she had overdosed last week.

Brooke, who has struggled with substance abuse issues in the past, was reportedly discovered by her assistant who raised the alarm and after being discharged, she is said to have told friends she took more than the prescribed dose of her Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder medication.

In June, Charlie, 47, urged Brooke to check herself into rehab after he became concerned about her when she reportedly appeared "out of it" during a visit to his home.

A source close to Brooke said at the time, she "partied for four days straight ... and ultimately fell off the wagon".

The insider added: "Brooke's family is hoping that she finally understands the consequences of her actions. That is, she risks losing all of her rights to the children if she doesn't get clean - once and for all." - Bang Showbiz
