Victoria Beckham, aka Posh, took a break from her busy schedule for a visit to South Africa, arriving on the weekend.
The wife of soccer star David Beckham - who recently showed at New York Fashion Week - had the look of a woman ready for less glamorous work. She was spotted carrying a backpack and sporting a more casual look upon arrival in Cape Town with an ensemble of jeans, a striped top and a khaki jacket, according to the Daily Mail.
On Saturday the designer took to Twitter to share her excitement at what lay ahead during her trip: “Looking forward to meeting @bornfreeafrica in Cape Town to support the initiative to end mother to child HIV transmission x vb #JoinBornFree.”
Beckham felt rewarded at giving back and raising awareness for those in need.
The next day she wrote: “Inspiring day in Cape Town, at The Tutu Tester,where I spent time with children of @lalelaproject. x vb (sic)”.
