London - Madonna is selling one of her New York City homes for $23.5-million.

The Girl Gone Wild singer has decided to put her duplex next to Central Park on sale, just months after placing her mansion in Beverly Hills, California, on the market.

It is believed Madonna is selling the property after deciding she prefers a triple-wide townhouse she owns on the Upper East Side of the city.

The home for sale features eight bathrooms, a library and a formal dining room.

Those eager to recreate the scenes she undertook in Evita and sing to the crowds would be able to do so from the Juliet balconies and its frontage.

The interior of the home is in an Art Deco style and is believed to have been created for Madonna by Christopher Ciccone, her brother.

The 54-year-old singer lived in London for many years before deciding to return to her native US after splitting with British film director Guy Ritchie, with whom she raises children Lourdes, 16, Rocco, 12, David, 7, and Mercy, 6. - Bang Showbiz
