Dr. Conrad Murray will no longer have to cough up $100 million in restitution to Michael Jackson's family.

The reason? Murray simply does not have the means to pay the amount, reports TMZ.com.

The late King of Pop’s family told prosecutors that they will not pursue restitution. The restitution hearing scheduled for Monday has now been cancelled.

Murray was convicted in November of involuntary manslaughter and sentenced to the maximum four years in prison. - IOL
