Johannesburg - The United States rock band Linkin Park will perform in South Africa in November, Big Concerts announced on Monday.

The band, from Agoura Hills, in California, would perform two stadium concerts - one in Cape Town and one in Johannesburg.

Tickets would go on sale for Johannesburg on July 26, and for Cape Town on July 27.

Linkin Park, which was formed in 1996, released its fifth studio album titled “Living Things” in June.

The band shot to fame in 2000 with its debut album “Hybrid Theory”. - Sapa
