London - An alleged stalker has been found living in Jennifer Lopez's pool house while she was away from her property.

The 'On The Floor' singer had a man staying at her $10 million Malibu mansion for several days before he was arrested by local police officers earlier this month.

It's still unclear how the 49-year-old man - identified as John M. Dubis - avoided security within the 8,500 sq-ft property she shares with her five-year-old twins, Emme and Max, but he reportedly posted photos on Facebook of his leisurely stay at the house.

TMZ reports that Dubis - who already has a restraining order against him for contacting J.Lo's mother Guadalupe Rodríguez in January - has since pleaded not guilty for charges of burglary, stalking and criminal contempt but remains in jail with a $100,000 bail while a judge has seeks a mental evaluation on him.

Luckily, J.Lo has been residing in New York recently, and was away from the property for the duration of Dubis' stay.

She was spotted with her boyfriend, dancer Casper Smart, and her two children on a family outing at an East Hampton book store on Monday (19.08.13).

Meanwhile, the star is set to return to the 'American Idol' judging panel for a $12 million fee for the latest series. - Bang Showbiz
