BARNYARD THEATRE: You get the ultimate beach party experience in Surf’s Up, running until Sunday. Surf’s Up will take you to exotic musical destinations such as Jamaica, where you can dance the night away to the sounds of Bob Marley and UB40. Then head to California for the vibe of The Beach Boys, and on to Miami with bikini girls Katy Perry and Sheryl Crow. Let’s not forget the South African beach party with the magic of Mango Groove. COURTYARD THEATRE: Dr Pamela Tancsik directs a compilation of five absurdist comedy sketches from cult Bavarian writer, Karl Valentin. Valentin’s work has been translated by Tancsik and edited by Gisele Turner. Karl Valentin in Africa will present a charming insight into a timeless genre of absurdist theatre Friday at 7pm daily. ELIZABETH SNEDDON THEATRE: An Audience with Pieter-Dirk Eish! Every night will feature a different show of 90 minutes, because the audience decides what it wants. It could be Evita Bezuidenhout as a new ANC cadre, or Nowell Fine celebrating 40 years in the public eye. Perhaps a Malema in Gucci or in chains, some Zumas, married or not, a Tutu, a PW or a Pik. SUNCOAST CASINO: The Dingalings return with their adult comedy show Dingum Style on Friday at 8pm, Saturday at 5pm and 9.15pm, and Sunday at 6pm. The show features funny men Henry Ramkissoon, Koobeshen Naidoo, Senzo Mthethwa , Pranesh Maharaj, Ndil Green and Neville Pillay. No under 18s.

STABLE THEATRE: Inkonyane Engegama (The Calf With No Name) is a heart-warming new children’s stage play that runs from March 12 to 16 daily at 10am. Created by writer Clinton Marius, the production is translated into Zulu and directed by Mpume Mthombeni.
