INTERVIEW
Why do you think you're an Idol?
Music and performing are things I need to express. I obviously have a passion for music and people and I love entertaining a crowd. The Idols concept is a unique opportunity to combine the two and hopefully get some much-needed exposure.

Who's your ideal Idol?
I'm drawn to acoustic rock and uplifting sounds like Creed and U2. I also enjoy contemporary Christian artists. I like to dance to N'Sync and think Robbie Williams is a good songwriter.

What did you sing for your audition?
My version of the Smashmouth hit I'm A Believer, from the Shrek soundtrack.

What are your secret motivators?
My greatest wish would be to be given a chance to sing in a full stadium, with the whole crowd singing along to a song I wrote.

If you were an animal, what kind of animal would it be, or what kind of animal do you embody?
A dolphin, because it is a protector, a free spirit and it's in the ocean.
