No Knowledge is bad news for Kaizer Chiefs as they face a revealing, Rubicon-styled Premier League challenge against Wits University at the Bidvest Stadium on Sunday afternoon.
Knowledge Musona's enterprising form has been one of the few bright notes in Amakhosi's play during recent luke-warm performances and Chiefs were pinning their hopes on the Zimbabwean goal-grabber in their attempt to reverse an early-season loss against The Students.
However, Chiefs coach Vladimir Vermezovic banished these hopes on Friday when he revealed on the club's website that the stitches inserted in the knee injury incurred by Musona in the mid-week defeat against log leaders SuperSport United would only be removed in 10 days and that he was a non-starter for the game against Wits.

Zermezovic, nevertheless, says that despite the faltering Amakhosi slipping 11 points behind defending champions SuperSport in the log table, he has not given up hope of Chiefs fulfilling a proclaimed early-season ambition to annex the PSL championship they last won five seasons ago.
But with the Amakhosi having slipped to seventh place in the championship race a more realisitc objective against Wits might be to cement a place among the top eight teams in the log table.
And emulating Julius Caesar's feat of crossing the Rubicon River against all odds in 49BC and turning the tide in his battle with Gaul could prove beyond the capabilities of the glamour club who were described as "just another team" by one disappointed supporter. - Sapa
