Raja Casablanca of Morocco took a step closer to the semfinals of the African Champions League with a third successive group win on Sunday, but needed a controversial penalty to secure a 2-1 victory over Jeanne d'Arc of Senegal.

ASEC came from behind to beat Esperance of Tunisia 3-1 in Abidjan and throw wide open the permutations in group B.
With Zamalek of Egypt winning 3-0 at home to Costa do Sol of Mozambique in Cairo, an away win for Esperance would have ensured the two north African sides progressed to November's semifinals.
But ASEC clawed their way back into contention with a thrilling performance and could yet steal one of the top two places in the group from Zamalek or Esperance. - Reuters
