Barcelona's French striker Thierry Henry, who has admitted he is suffering poor form, has rejected any suggestion that he wants to return to England, where he spent eight seasons with Arsenal.

Asked by a Spanish journalist, "Is it possible that you will return to England?", he replied "Absolutely not."

"It is what you (the media) have concluded," he said during a promotion for a sports equipment firm. His comments were reported in the Spanish press on Tuesday.

The French attacker last week urged the media to "stop comparing the Barcelona's Henry with the Henry who played at Arsenal."

He said his form recently was not as good as he expected and said he has not been happy because he rarely sees his daughter Tea since his divorce from English model Claire Merry last year.
