Sydney - The Free State Cheetahs management has made wholesale changes to their starting line-up to face the Waratahs in a Super 14 match in Sydney on Friday, with the introduction of Keith Lowen the most prominent.
The former All Black centre will be making his first appearance of the season for the Cheetahs.
In another significant change, Willem de Waal replaces Meyer Bosman at flyhalf while left wing Sinethemba Zweni steps up in the place of Gaffie du Toit, and Giscard Pieters returns to the number 14 jersey at the expense of Eddie Fredericks.
The Cheetahs, coming off a narrow win over the Reds, and lying in sixth spot, will be looking to squad rotation as a means of settling in on their gruelling month-long trip.
