London - A vengeful Serena Williams demolished Justine Henin-Hardenne 6-3 6-2 in a grudge match on Thursday to reach her second successive Wimbledon final against elder sister Venus.
Despite clearly being affected by a stomach injury, Venus, the 2000 and 2001 champion at the All-England Club, rallied from a set down to win 4-6 6-3 6-1 against Kim Clijsters.
In a display of brute force that left the centre court crowd gasping, defending champion Serena buried the memory of her bitter French Open semifinal defeat by the Belgian with a barrage of ferocious winners.
But British hopes of a first men's title in 67 years evaporated when Sebastien Grosjean outclassed 10th seed Tim Henman in their held-over quarterfinal.

'I'm just happy to be in the final at Wimbledon again' Leading two sets to one overnight, the Frenchman, seeded 13th, won the fourth set 6-4 with some sublime shot-making to seal a 7-6 3-6 6-3 6-4 victory.
After her victory, Serena said: "I played really well - I was really focused. I had to be."
The 21-year-old world No 1, who had accused Henin of "lying and fabricating" during their bad-tempered meeting at Roland Garros last month, was all smiles after the win.
She added: "I'm just happy to be in the final at Wimbledon again. I'm really excited. It's a great feeling. I have another opportunity to have another go at another championship here."
The vanquished Henin said: "She was really aggressive out there. Much better than me. She was so good."
'I'm trying to put more returns in court' In his first Wimbledon semifinal Grosjean will face unseeded Mark Philippoussis, who completed a thrilling comeback to beat Alexander Popp 4-6 4-6 6-3 6-3 8-6 on court one. The pair had been level at 2-2 in the decisive fifth set overnight.
"It is never easy to come back the day after, especially against Tim at Wimbledon," said a beaming Grosjean, who sealed his victory when Henman tamely netted a backhand return.
