 14 feared dead after trawler sinks

At least 14 people are missing after a fishing trawler collided with a container vessel and sank off Cape Recife near Port Elizabeth on Sunday, SABC radio news reported.

The boat was en route from Mossel Bay to Port Elizabeth.

Two people were rescued and a search for the rest of the crew was being conducted by sea and air.

The two survivors were admitted to a Port Elizabeth hospital, SABC reported. - Sapa
